It is largely known as the Christian conservative version of The Onion.

The Babylon Bee has also stirred up much controversy, even getting their Twitter suspended, as the Babylon Bee criticizes many tenants of mainstream social justice such as LGBT, the Critical Race Theory, drag queen shows, the Black Lives Matter movement, and modern feminism.
