Civic-Cultural Ultranationalism is an extreme form of Civic-Cultural Nationalism that is most often found in [[File:Fash.png]] [[Fascism|fascist]] circles. It seeks to unify the nation as much as possible by supporting [[File:Anti-Racism.png]] progressive positions on race. This ideology also sees itself as the perfect vehicle for [[File:World Federalism2.png]] world conquest [[File:Imp.png]]. If there is no racial discrimination within the empire, conquered peoples will not see much need to rebel.
