===Rule of the undead===
The most literal, and least possible conception of necrocracy. In such a system, power is concentrated within various types of undead creations such as zombies, skeletons, and <s>ghasts</s> ghosts. It may be a whole faction of the undead, or a faction of mostly alive beings with a dead leader. An example of the former is Dracula's army from Castlevania, while an example of the latter is Imperium of Man from Warhammer 40k.
