"Feminism is the struggle to end sexist oppression. Therefore, it is necessarily a struggle to eradicate the ideology of domination that permeates Western culture on various levels, as well as a commitment to reorganizing society so that the self-development of people can take precedence over imperialism, economic expansion, and material desires."
Post-Colonial Feminism is a File:Prgess.png culturally left, anti-colonial, feminist ideology. It criticizes the File:Libfem.png mainstream feminist movement, as it sees it as being focused entirely on women in the West. It analyzes how racism and the sociopolitical consequences of colonialism have affected women in postcolonial countries. It seeks to bring aspects of anti-racism, black feminism, and indigenous and third world feminist movements into the mainstream, Western feminist movement.
